Situation (problematic):
In 2018, the global reform of the health care system in Ukraine began, in order to move from the Soviet Semashka system to the British model of the functioning of the health care system. This reform is still taking place and is extremely complex, therefore it requires the implementation of IT services from many directions in order to implement the principle “money follows the patient”, improve the procurement of drugs, implement quality control of public health and effective pharma supervision
Our solution:
The Strimco team was formed as a group of experts engaged in global national reforms, and our biggest project before becoming Strimco was health care reform.
In total, we have been working in this field for about 5 years, and during this time we have designed, created and implemented more than 30 different products in the field of eHealth.
This list includes:
- basic registers, such as registers of patients, doctors, registers of medical products and medicines;
- worked on projects to create a central database of all electronic medical records, well familiar with HL7, in particular FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED, ect;
- e-services, such as ePrescription, Covid-certificates, electronic sick leave and other certificates;
- a group of supply management systems: from the central database that stores information about each package of medicines, to systems for logisticians of the central procurement agency;
- systems of specialized areas of medicine: emergency medical care, blood system, systems of the public health group.
