Situation (problematic)

The Ukrainian customs faced the challenge of meeting the conditions of the association by implementing the fourth and fifth phases of the NCTS. This implementation was crucial for aligning with European standards and streamlining customs procedures.

Our solution

Our solution encompassed the self-managed implementation of the NCTS, focusing on the integration of the system with the European database. This implementation was a part of our broader engagement with the customs department, which included developing open data systems and BI systems.
